Grid-X Funding Totals $2M+ for 100 GigE Offload Engine

BOSTON, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Grid-X has secured over $800k in new government contracts, customer contributions, and seed investments, bringing total funds to $2M+ to date, for developing the Grid-X series of offload engines. The new design uses patent-pending algorithms and coding to implement what will be the lowest cost, fastest offload engine on the market.

Beta sites include aerospace firms, government laboratories, and defense firms requiring ultra high-speed offload and networking within their data centers, clusters, and grid computing systems.
