Spectrum Control Receives $2.8 Million Order for RCIED Jammer Upgrades

(Nasdaq: SPEC), a leading designer and manufacturer of electronic components, today announced that its Microwave Business Segment has received a $2.8 million order for a complex assembly product used in an upgrade of a fielded RCIED (Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices) Jammer System. Product deliveries should start immediately and continue through mid-year 2009, with additional orders expected throughout the next twelve months. These complex assembly products will be manufactured at the Company's facilities in Delmar, DE; Philadelphia, PA; and State College, PA.
