EXMIN Announces Grant of Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 27, 2008) - EXMIN Resources Inc. ("EXMIN") (TSX VENTURE: EXM.V) wishes to announce that it has granted 100,000 stock options to a consultant performing investor relations activities. Each option will be exercisable into one common share of EXMIN at a price of $0.10 per option for a period of five years from the date of granting and will vest in quarterly stages over a period of one year. The grant is subject to provisions of the EXMIN's stock option plan, TSX Venture Exchange policies and securities laws.

The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
