Berens Energy Ltd. files its year end disclosure documents

CALGARY, March 28 /CNW/ - (TSX - BEN) Berens Energy Ltd. ("Berens" or the "Corporation") filed its audited consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes for the year ended December 31, 2007 and related Management's Discussion and Analysis with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR"). Berens has also filed on SEDAR its annual information form for the year ended December 31, 2007, which includes disclosure and reports relating to reserves data and other oil and gas information required pursuant to section 2.1 of National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
