Global Diversified Investment Grade Income Trust - 2009 Annual Redemption of Units

MONTREAL, Aug. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Global Diversified Investment Grade Income Trust ("DG.UN") ("Global DIGIT") declares that 3,561,304 units, representing approximately 36.52% of the outstanding units of Global DIGIT, have been tendered for redemption pursuant to the 2009 annual redemption privilege. Global DIGIT will redeem the units so tendered at the unwind price of $2.71 and payment will be made on September 15, 2009.
