TSX dragged to lower start by energy shares

TORONTO (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell at the open on Wednesday as lower corporate earnings and a drop in oil prices weighed on EnCana Corp and its energy-sector peers.

TORONTO (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell at the open on Wednesday as lower corporate earnings and a drop in oil prices weighed on EnCana Corp and its energy-sector peers.

The S&P/TSX composite index fell 46.12 points, or 0.42 percent, to 11,007.42 at the open.
