NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Wednesday, April 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0385 per share of common stock, payable May 29, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2009. The ex-dividend date is May 11, 2009. The previous dividend declared in March was $0.0385 per share of common stock.
