Copper Mesa files annual and first quarter financial statements

VANCOUVER, May 29 /CNW/ - Copper Mesa Mining Corporation ("Copper Mesa" or the "Company") (TSX: CUX.TO) today announced that it has released its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008, its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three month period ended March 31, 2009, and the related management's discussion and analysis of financial position and results of operations ("MD&A"). The Company has also filed its annual information form in respect of the year ended December 31, 2008 ("AIF").
