TORONTO, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - GBS Gold International Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX bulletin No. 2008-1071 dated September 19, 2008, the common shares of the Company (Symbol: GBS) will be delisted at the close of market on October 29, 2008 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
