NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Tuesday, September 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0385 per share of common stock, payable on October 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2009. The ex-dividend date is October 14, 2009. The previous dividend declared in August was $0.0385 per share of common stock.
